Many employers and sufferers who are business owners, don't understand this and struggle to make the changes for the sufferer!

Be True To You is a programme designed to help the sufferer, learn how to live alongside their illness and still have a life worth living.

As a Long-term illness sufferer myself, I had to learn how to work my self-employed business around my working ability and still being able to have a life. It took time but it is possible!

Coaching Vs Therapy

Many people don't understand what coaching is, and assume its much the same as therapy.

In therapy, you delve deep into the past to find out why your current trauma is disrupting your emotional state. It can be quite traumatic and can continue for years, alongside needing medication. This of course is a generalisation as Therapy is a vast treatment.

COACHING is delving deep into your thoughts but in a positive way, Learning from past experience and using your life skills to improve and move forward in your future. Coaching is very action motivated, You are HERE (A) and we will get you to (B). We don't start in the past.
I use tasks and activities to help you jump over obstacles in your way, we will talk through fears and understand why they may be holding you back.
